How to Prevent and Treat Acne

 Lot of teenagers and even adults suffer with a skin condition called acne. This is a problem which afflicts people around the world. Due this problem many teenagers face ridicule. They become reclusive, suffer mental trauma and severe lack of confidence.

But acne can be contained and its recurrence can be limited, if proper dietary and life style changes are adopted.

First of all, a person should consume adequate amount of water. A minimum of 8 glasses a day is generally needed to keep body properly hydrated. Water is also needed for body to expel toxins. These toxins when allowed to remain in body for long duration can manifest themselves as various diseases and skin conditions whose symptoms we can notice as acne. A properly hydrated skin also looks radiant and healthy

A balanced diet consisting of fresh green vegetables also helps in having a good skin. Vegetables and fruits contain essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants which result in clear skin. Avoid fast food, junk food and oily food as much as possible.

One should also wash the face with gentle facewash to remove excess oil that’s secreted by the skin this helps unclog the pores which result in acne. This is one of the most important steps. Keep your skin clear of oil and acne will be drastically reduced. While using skin creams use ones which do not contain oil. Opt for water based creams.

The last thing to do is simply relax and face world with a cheerful smile & confidence Stress can result in acne breakouts so one should try to have at least 8 hours of sound sleep. Acne is mostly age related problem which passes away with teen, so just be patient and follow above mentioned steps.

How to get Perfectly Polished Nails

Nicely polished nails can be great assets. A beautiful pair of hands sends out a message of been sophisticated and cultured lady. Acquiring perfect finger nails is possible to do at home. You just need to buy certain tools & products and you can get beautiful polished nails at a fraction of cost compared to a spa.

 The first step is to perform manicure. For this you need cotton balls, hand towels, polish remover, hand cream, base coat, nail polish and top coat, scissors, nail file, emery board, buffer, cuticle pusher, nail clippers and a bowl of warm water with baby oil. After that soak, your hands and nails in warm water with oil for twenty minutes. This makes nails and cuticles soft for trimming.

 After that cut the finger nails to the desired length. You may start with a box cut. Clipping the nails keeps the nails healthy. Once they are clipped to the desired length, you can continue with your manicure. After trimming, using a cuticle pusher push the cuticles back. After that, cut off excess skin using scissors. This is time consuming so be patient and steady.

 Now, use a nail file to file away the sharp edge caused by cutting the nails. Once done, use emery board to scrub the hands until your hands starts hurting. After scrubbing, apply a base coat to the nails. Use a cotton ball to wipe away excess paint. Apply the base coat in thin even strokes. Allow the base coat to dry for a few minutes. The base coat gives nail a smooth surface and allows the nail paint to stay longer.

 Now, actual color needs to be applied to the nails. Apply polish in even strokes. After the paints dries up, give a second coat. The second coat gives your nails the truest color of the polish you have picked. After actual color coat has been applied, then top coat has to be applied to add clarity and shine to the nails.

 When your nails are dry your manicure will be done and you will have perfect nails.
